Retired Nat'l Pork Board CEO Evans To Work For State Of South Dakota

BrownfieldAgNews reports: The retiring CEO of the National Pork Board has taken a job with the State of South Dakota. Bill Even will be the next Commissioner of the Governor's Office of Economic Development starting in early May. The mission of the office is to drive economic development in the state. Even will support South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden's plan to "Keep South Dakota Open for Opportunity." Even is a South Dakota native with agriculture degrees from Lake Area Technical Institute, South Dakota State University and Drake University Law School.
