Canadian Tractor Sales Up 19% In March, Combine Sales Up 69%

Agri Marketing magazine reports: According to the Association of Equipment Manufacturer's monthly "Flash Report," total sales of all Canadian tractors during March 2025 were 1,886, up 19% from 2024. The sale of all tractors through March, 2025, in Canada were up 12% from last year. For the year, a total of 4,557, tractors were sold which compares to 4,070 sold in 2024. For the month, two-wheel drive smaller tractors (under 40 HP) were up 28% from last year, while 40 & under 100 HP were even. Sales of 2-wheel drive 100+ HP were up 16%, while 4-wheel drive tractors were up 66%. For the year, two-wheel drive smaller tractors (under 40 HP) were up 15%, while 40 & under 100 HP are down 3%. Sales of 2-wheel drive 100+ HP were even, while 4-wheel drive tractors were up 89%. Combine sales were 218 up 69% in March. Sales of combines for the year are 328 which is down 14%.
